Frontend Developer

Responsibilities
- ▸Develop and iterate on the frontend of our security inspection products (Web & large screens)
- ▸Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver high-quality UI and smooth interactions
- ▸Contribute to frontend architecture, component library and performance optimization
- ▸Work with backend engineers on API integration and troubleshooting
Requirements
- ▸Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field, 2+ years of frontend experience
- ▸Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, familiar with Vue or React ecosystem
- ▸Familiar with Vite/Webpack; Node.js experience is a plus
- ▸Experience with data visualization (ECharts) and large-screen projects is a plus
- ▸Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork
Sales
Sales Manager (Security Screening)

Responsibilities
- ▸Develop and maintain clients in railway, metro, airport and security screening industries
- ▸Follow up bidding projects: solution presentation, commercial negotiation and contract signing
- ▸Coordinate with the technical team for pre-sales support and drive project delivery
- ▸Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support sales strategy
Requirements
- ▸Associate degree or above, 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales; experience in security/screening/rail transit is a plus
- ▸Strong negotiation and bidding experience
- ▸Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure
- ▸Results-driven and self-motivated
Service
After-sales Engineer (Security Equipment)

Responsibilities
- ▸Handle installation, commissioning, training delivery and after-sales maintenance of security screening equipment
- ▸Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, track issues to closure and document solutions
- ▸Conduct regular customer visits and collect product improvement feedback
- ▸Support spare parts management and maintenance records
Requirements
- ▸Associate degree or above in mechatronics/electronics/automation or related fields
- ▸1+ year experience in equipment after-sales or technical support; security screening industry experience is a plus
- ▸Strong hands-on ability, willing to travel and work on site
- ▸Good service awareness and patient communication
Service
Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- ▸Provide pre-sales technical communication, solution writing and technical Q&A
- ▸Support sales in preparing technical sections of bidding documents and presentations
- ▸Maintain product technical documentation, training materials and conduct customer training
- ▸Track industry technology trends and provide input for product iteration
Requirements
- ▸Bachelor's degree or above in CS/electronics/automation or related fields
- ▸1+ year experience in technical support or solutions; knowledge of security screening industry is a plus
- ▸Strong documentation skills, able to write technical proposals independently
- ▸Clear communication and good client-facing skills
